Tina Lim, CPA, Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (FCPA), spent a significant portion of her professional career in Singapore. Her positions included being an auditor, accounting manager, and finance head. In the latter role, she worked with the corporate offices and business units of publicly-held companies in the property development, trading, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries. Additionally, she was involved in the preparation of the Initial Public Offering of an electronic manufacturing service provider in the Singapore Exchange in 2004.
Subsequent to the successful public offering in 2005, Ms. Lim continued to serve as the company’s Director of Finance & Corporate Services until 2007 when she joined Morison Cogen LLP. She now acts as a manager of the Accounting and Audit Services Group and the SEC and International Practice Group. With her deep international experience, she advises privately-owned and publicly-held companies in the United States, with a concentration of Chinese-operating companies listed in the U.S.
A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Ms. Lim holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She also obtained a master’s degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2000. Her professional associations include the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
